Maps For Our Corridor
A lot of definition maps are included in this document. I believe all the data is included in GIS files we already have, but I found it helpful to see the data laid out.

Park Score
Ran across this awesome resource about parks in Kansas City. There is great information and statistics about park needs and money allotted to the park system.

Retrofit 40 is off and running. We are mid-way through week 2, and everyone is immersed in the complexity and contradiction of the US 40 corridor. We have a mapping pinup tomorrow morning, and the exciting ideas flying around studio show promise for inspired planning and design strategies. Speaking of inspiration, an inspiring friend sent me this corridor art installation that makes a profound and powerful argument about clean air. Hopefully it will incite more creative thinking!
